Vacuum Massage Therapy

Vacuum massage Therapy or Cupping is an effective alternative therapy that involves suctioning the skin with glass, plastic, or silicone cups. According to multiple researches conducted in 2017-2019 cupping may help improve blood flow, boost immune function, remove toxins, relieve muscle tension and reduce pain, decrease inflammation and both types of cholesterol, increases lymph flow. Improved overall blood flow promotes cell repair and creates new blood vessels in the tissues.  Cups are most often applied to the back/abdomen/buttocks/legs/arms and face.

There are three types of cupping performed at Spa Perfection:

• Dry cupping: suctioned cups stay on a treated area
• Moving cupping: suctioned cups moving around the desired area
• Flash cupping: quick, repeated suction and release of cups on an area of the body

The moment you enter our Infrared Sauna Pod you will be immediately surrounded by warmth and relaxation.  Aromatherapy, custom lighting, and soothing music creates a 30 minute experience that allows you to fully rejuvenate you mind and body.  Unique carbon heaters emit invisible light able to deeply penetrate the tissues which allows for increased circulation.  This infrared heat reduces inflammation, decreases pain, and aids in muscle recovery.  Enjoy the euphoria and relaxation in the gentle radiant heat from the endorphin release, just like after exercising, sweating, or even meditating.  The therapeutic heat will leave you refreshed providing relaxation to calm your mind.  Our Infrared Sauna Wrap is enclosed for the body, but the head remains outside the heat.  This feature is especially helpful for those clients who want the benefit of the sauna, but due to certain breathing conditions such as Asthma, have a difficult time with the complications sometimes associated with high heat situations.

Ionic Foot Detox with Foot Massage

Enjoy our Foot Detox and kneading Shoulder massage service!  Ionic Foot Detox works by pulling the toxins out of your body through your feet.  This process gives the hydrogen in the water a positive charge.  The positive charge attracts the negatively charged toxins in your body.  The ions in the foot bath water hold a charge that enables them to bind to any heavy metals and toxins in your body, similar to how a magnet works.  This allows the toxins to be pulled out through the bottoms of your feet.  After the bath is done, you’ll be getting a relaxing foot massage.  Can’t beat the combination of improving your health and relaxing at the same time!
